Terms and Conditions for the Use of Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between ALEXMART TRANS Ltd., Unified Identification Code (UIC) 206877385, with registered office and address of management at: Razlog, 122 St. St. Cyril and Methodius St., Floor 2, Apartment 4, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, and the clients who use the transfer and transportation services offered through the company’s website and communication channels.
By using the services of MoveGo, the client confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
ALEXMART TRANS Ltd. provides the following services:

Long-distance transfers

Hourly hire with driver
The services are provided within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and, upon request, to international destinations.
2. Reservations
2.1. Reservations can be made online via the website, by email, by phone, or via WhatsApp.
2.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information (date, time, route, number of passengers, luggage).
2.3. A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation by the Provider.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Service prices are agreed in advance and are fixed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
3.2. All road and motorway tolls, as well as standard luggage, are included in the price.
3.3. Additional services (special luggage, child seats, etc.) must be requested in advance and may be subject to an additional charge.
3.4. Payment is made in the manner agreed between the parties.
4. Delays and Waiting Time
4.1. For airport transfers, the Provider monitors flights in real time.
4.2. In case of flight delays, free waiting time is provided within reasonable limits.
4.3. The client is obliged to inform the Provider of any change to the pickup time or location.
5. Cancellation and Changes to Reservations
5.1. The client has the right to cancel or change their reservation by notifying the Provider in a timely manner.
5.2. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a fee may be charged depending on the specific circumstances.
5.3. The Provider reserves the right to refuse service in the event of force majeure.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver the service professionally, safely, and at the agreed time.
6.2. The client undertakes to comply with the rules of conduct in the vehicle and not to create danger or cause damage.
6.3. The transportation of dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
7. Liability
7.1. ALEXMART TRANS Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (traffic, weather conditions, road accidents, etc.).
7.2. The Provider is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the company’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. The client declares that they provide their data voluntarily and are informed of their rights.
9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
ALEXMART TRANS Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is published on the website.
10. Applicable Law
All matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
